About IBS

In April of 2003, Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. (IBS) made a decision to move towards a total commitment of providing a full range of research and assessment services.

Glen Roshau is certified by the Human Resource Cerification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).

Since 2001 IBS has been involved in research statistics and analysis. The primary focus has been working on developing assessment and survey tools and analyzing numerical data.

The president of IBS is Glen Roshau. Mr. Roshau has a Master's of Business Degree from the University of North Dakota with undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Business from Dickinson State University. Currently he is pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration with a Finance concentration through North Central University in Prescott, Arizona. He serves as an Full-time Instructor at Dickinson State University for Statistics/Probability, Economics, Ag Marketing, Ag Management, Commodities and Futures, and College Algebra. He also teaches part-time for the University of Mary's MBA program. These subjects include Finance Management and Probability and Statistics. Other positions include class instructor for special projects and meeting facilitator for Bismarck State University.

Glen is also certified by the American Red Cross to teach First Aid, CPR, Ergonomics, and other workplace classes. Training programs have been developed and offered to employers individually or as part of a total plan for worker safety.

IBS uses a unique approach to safety training with a combination of customized material and "hands-on" training, presented in an enjoyable manner that engages all participants. IBS services are adaptable to a variety of different types of businesses and current occupational health & safety systems. The courses offered by the company are designed into various levels, enabling companies to give their staff the right training after the areas of need are identified. Pre-site inspections are attempted before training to include specific workplace situations in the training.

Mr. Roshau works with each client to assess needs and to design research and/or training aligned with organizational strategies. IBS offers flexible scheduling on-site at IBS or at the client's facility.
